My journey began ten years ago when I turned to alternative medicine to cure a debilitating case of fibromyalgia. After finding yoga, nutrition and meditation did more for me in a few months than years of conventional medicine, I was hooked. Since then, I certified in Holistic Health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Ayurveda with Maya Tiwari at Wise Earth Ayurveda. I also became a LifeForce Coach with renowned healer Deborah King and completed fifth level energy medicine training.
Balancing life through art, holistic health, and energy healing. Ayurveda is my passion!
