For the traditional preparation, add a heaping teaspoon of mixture to 3/4 cup of milk. Add 1/2 tsp ghee or coconut oil and bring to a boil. Then, remove from heat and add 1 tsp of raw honey. You may substitute a non-dairy milk such as rice, almond, or coconut. Alternatively, you can enjoy this delicious mix as is on your favorite hot cereal or in a smoothie.
